This plot represents the assignment of diseases to clusters. Disease embeddings were created using the Word2vec skip-gram model, inputting the full disease code sequence for each patient. Clusters were identified using Markov Multiscale Community Detection. Optimal cluster partitions were identified at three resolutions of 25, 15 and 7 clusters.
